How do I receive my escrow refund?
When accepting your escrow refund you have four options:
1. Credit your refund back into the escrow account.
2. Credit your refund as a Principal Only payment on your loan.
3. Deposit your refund into your United Bank of Union Checking or Savings account.*
4. The Bank can issue you a check for the refund and mail it.
*This option requires that the owners of the Deposit account match the Borrowers on the loan.
**If the Bank received no response, an overage check will be issued and mailed.
