Transaction Disputes at United Bank of Union

 
If you should have any issues relating to fraudulent or unauthorized transactions with your account at United Bank of Union, please submit a dispute form or call us at (636)-583-2555 to initiate a dispute. A fraudulent transaction is a transaction that you did not attempt or sign-up for a product or service. An unauthorized transaction is a transaction that you did attempt but you have not gotten your product or service or you cancelled and you were still charged.

How to dispute a transaction from online or mobile banking:
  1. Log into your online banking (through www.ubu.bank or the UBU mobile app)
  2. Click on account to pull up transaction history
  3. Click on the three dots to the right of the transactions that you are disputing
  4. Click Dispute transactions
  5. Complete the questionnaire
  6. Submit Dispute

The completed questionnaire will come to the Operations department, where we would then contact the customer to see how they would like to sign the dispute form and get a new debit card, if necessary.
